โปรดอ่านข้อกำหนดนี้ก่อนใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน ChokChecker lottery 24 (“แอป”) การดาวน์โหลดหรือใช้งานแอปถือว่าท่านยอมรับข้อกำหนดนี้ หากไม่ยอมรับ โปรดหยุดใช้งานแอป

สำคัญ: แอปนี้เป็นเครื่องมือช่วยตรวจผลสลากเท่านั้น ไม่ได้จำหน่ายสลาก ไม่รับแทงหวย และไม่เกี่ยวข้องหรือเป็นตัวแทนของสำนักงานสลากกินแบ่งรัฐบาล หรือหน่วยงานรัฐใด ๆ

1. บริการของแอป

แอปให้บริการตรวจผลสลากกินแบ่งรัฐบาล แสดงผลรางวัลย้อนหลัง บันทึกเลขสลาก และแจ้งเตือนผลรางวัล โดยให้บริการฟรีและอาจมีโฆษณา

2. ความถูกต้องของผลรางวัล

ผลรางวัลในแอปรวบรวมจากแหล่งข้อมูลสาธารณะเพื่อ ใช้อ้างอิงเท่านั้น อาจมีความล่าช้าหรือคลาดเคลื่อนได้
ท่านต้องตรวจสอบผลกับ ประกาศอย่างเป็นทางการของสำนักงานสลากกินแบ่งรัฐบาล ก่อนขึ้นรางวัลทุกครั้ง
เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายใด ๆ ที่เกิดจากการใช้ผลรางวัลในแอป รวมถึงการทิ้ง ทำลาย หรือขายสลากโดยอาศัยผลจากแอป

3. การใช้งานที่เหมาะสม

ท่านตกลงว่าจะไม่

ใช้แอปเพื่อการพนันที่ผิดกฎหมาย หรือกิจกรรมที่ผิดกฎหมายใด ๆ
ดัดแปลง แยกส่วน ถอดรหัส (reverse engineer) หรือคัดลอกแอป
รบกวน โจมตี หรือพยายามเข้าถึงระบบของแอปโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
กดโฆษณาโดยเจตนาทุจริต หรือใช้โปรแกรมอัตโนมัติกับแอป

4. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา

ชื่อ โลโก้ การออกแบบ และซอร์สโค้ดของแอปเป็นทรัพย์สินของผู้พัฒนา ChokChecker lottery 24 ห้ามนำไปใช้โดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร

5. โฆษณาและบริการของบุคคลที่สาม

แอปอาจแสดงโฆษณาหรือลิงก์ไปยังเว็บไซต์ของบุคคลที่สาม เราไม่รับผิดชอบต่อเนื้อหา สินค้า หรือบริการของบุคคลที่สามเหล่านั้น

6. การปฏิเสธความรับผิด

แอปให้บริการ “ตามสภาพ” (as is) โดยไม่มีการรับประกันใด ๆ ทั้งโดยชัดแจ้งหรือโดยปริยาย เราไม่รับประกันว่าแอปจะทำงานได้ต่อเนื่อง ปราศจากข้อผิดพลาด หรือไวรัส

7. การจำกัดความรับผิด

ภายใต้ขอบเขตสูงสุดที่กฎหมายอนุญาต ผู้พัฒนาจะไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางตรง ทางอ้อม หรือความเสียหายสืบเนื่องใด ๆ อันเกิดจากการใช้หรือไม่สามารถใช้แอปได้

8. ความเป็นส่วนตัว

การเก็บและใช้ข้อมูลของท่านเป็นไปตาม นโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัว

9. การเปลี่ยนแปลงและยุติบริการ

เราอาจแก้ไขข้อกำหนดนี้ ปรับปรุง ระงับ หรือยุติการให้บริการแอปได้ทุกเมื่อ ข้อกำหนดฉบับปรับปรุงจะแสดงไว้ที่หน้านี้พร้อมวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้

10. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ

ข้อกำหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย

Please read these Terms before using ChokChecker lottery 24 (“the App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

Important: The App is a result-checking tool only. It does not sell lottery tickets, does not accept bets, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Government Lottery Office (GLO) of Thailand or any government agency.

1. The Service

The App lets you check Thai Government Lottery results, view past draws, save ticket numbers, and receive result notifications. It is free to use and may contain ads.

2. Accuracy of Results

Results are collected from public sources and provided for reference only. They may be delayed or contain errors.
Always verify results against the official GLO announcement before claiming a prize.
We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on results shown in the App, including discarding, destroying, or selling a ticket.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for illegal gambling or any unlawful activity.
Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or copy the App.
Disrupt, attack, or attempt unauthorized access to the App’s systems.
Engage in fraudulent ad clicks or use automated tools with the App.

4. Intellectual Property

The App’s name, logo, design, and source code belong to the developer of ChokChecker lottery 24 and may not be used without written permission.

5. Ads and Third-Party Services

The App may display ads or links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

8. Privacy

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and Termination

We may modify these Terms, or update, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
