แอปพลิเคชัน ChokChecker lottery 24 (“แอป”, “เรา”) ให้ความสำคัญกับความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้ใช้งาน นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บ ใช้ และปกป้องข้อมูลของท่านอย่างไร ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA) และนโยบายของ Google Play / App Store

1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บรวบรวม

1.1 ข้อมูลที่ท่านให้ไว้

  • เลขสลาก ที่ท่านพิมพ์หรือสแกนเพื่อตรวจผลหรือบันทึกไว้ในแอป
  • ข้อมูลที่ส่งมาทางอีเมล เมื่อท่านติดต่อเรา เช่น อีเมลและข้อความของท่าน

1.2 ข้อมูลที่เก็บโดยอัตโนมัติ

  • ข้อมูลอุปกรณ์ เช่น รุ่นอุปกรณ์ ระบบปฏิบัติการ ภาษา และเวอร์ชันแอป
  • ข้อมูลการใช้งานและรายงานข้อขัดข้อง (crash log) เพื่อปรับปรุงแอป
  • รหัสโฆษณา (Advertising ID) หากแอปแสดงโฆษณา

1.3 สิทธิ์การเข้าถึงอุปกรณ์

  • กล้อง – ใช้เพื่อสแกนเลขหรือ QR Code บนสลากเท่านั้น ภาพจะประมวลผลบนเครื่องและไม่ถูกส่งหรือเก็บไว้ที่เซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเรา
  • การแจ้งเตือน – ใช้แจ้งเตือนเมื่อผลรางวัลออก ท่านปิดได้ทุกเมื่อในการตั้งค่าเครื่อง
  • อินเทอร์เน็ต – ใช้ดึงผลรางวัลล่าสุดและแสดงโฆษณา

เรา ไม่ เก็บชื่อ เลขบัตรประชาชน ที่อยู่ ข้อมูลบัญชีธนาคาร หรือตำแหน่งที่ตั้งที่แม่นยำของท่าน

2. วัตถุประสงค์การใช้ข้อมูล

  • ตรวจผลสลากและแสดงผลรางวัลให้ท่าน
  • บันทึกประวัติสลากของท่านไว้บนอุปกรณ์
  • ส่งการแจ้งเตือนผลรางวัล
  • วิเคราะห์ ปรับปรุง และแก้ไขข้อผิดพลาดของแอป
  • แสดงโฆษณาเพื่อสนับสนุนการให้บริการฟรี
  • ตอบคำถามหรือข้อร้องเรียนของท่าน

3. การจัดเก็บข้อมูล

เลขสลากและประวัติการตรวจของท่านจัดเก็บ บนอุปกรณ์ของท่าน เป็นหลัก หากท่านลบแอป ข้อมูลดังกล่าวจะถูกลบไปด้วย

4. บริการของบุคคลที่สาม

แอปอาจใช้บริการของบุคคลที่สาม ซึ่งอาจเก็บข้อมูลตามนโยบายของผู้ให้บริการนั้น ๆ ได้แก่

ท่านสามารถรีเซ็ตหรือปิดโฆษณาตามความสนใจได้ที่ การตั้งค่าของอุปกรณ์ > Google > โฆษณา (Android) หรือ การตั้งค่า > ความเป็นส่วนตัว > การติดตาม (iOS)

5. การเปิดเผยข้อมูล

เรา ไม่ขาย ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลเฉพาะแก่ผู้ให้บริการในข้อ 4 หรือเมื่อกฎหมายกำหนด

6. ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล

เราใช้มาตรการที่เหมาะสม เช่น การเชื่อมต่อแบบเข้ารหัส (HTTPS) เพื่อปกป้องข้อมูล อย่างไรก็ตาม ไม่มีวิธีส่งหรือจัดเก็บข้อมูลใดที่ปลอดภัย 100%

7. ข้อมูลของเด็ก

แอปนี้ไม่ได้มุ่งเน้นให้บริการแก่ผู้ที่มีอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี และเราไม่เก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของเด็กโดยเจตนา หากท่านพบว่ามีการส่งข้อมูลของเด็กมาให้เรา โปรดติดต่อเพื่อให้เราลบข้อมูลนั้น

8. สิทธิของท่าน

ภายใต้ PDPA ท่านมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข ลบ คัดค้าน หรือขอระงับการใช้ข้อมูลของท่าน รวมถึงถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ โดยติดต่อเราตามอีเมลด้านล่าง เราจะตอบกลับภายใน 30 วัน

9. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราว โดยจะแสดงวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้ใหม่ไว้ที่หน้านี้ การใช้งานแอปต่อไปถือว่าท่านยอมรับนโยบายฉบับปรับปรุง

ChokChecker lottery 24 (“the App”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices, in line with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) and Google Play / App Store requirements.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

  • Lottery numbers you type or scan to check results or save in the App.
  • Email correspondence when you contact us, such as your email address and message.

1.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device information such as model, operating system, language, and app version.
  • Usage data and crash reports to improve the App.
  • Advertising ID, if ads are shown in the App.

1.3 Device permissions

  • Camera – used only to scan numbers or QR codes on lottery tickets. Images are processed on your device and are not uploaded to or stored on our servers.
  • Notifications – used to alert you when results are announced. You can turn them off at any time in device settings.
  • Internet – used to fetch the latest results and display ads.

We do not collect your name, national ID number, address, bank details, or precise location.

2. How We Use Information

  • To check tickets and display lottery results.
  • To save your ticket history on your device.
  • To send result notifications.
  • To analyze, improve, and fix issues in the App.
  • To display ads that keep the App free.
  • To respond to your questions or requests.

3. Data Storage

Your lottery numbers and check history are stored primarily on your device. Uninstalling the App deletes this data.

4. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services that collect information under their own privacy policies:

You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings (Android: Settings > Google > Ads; iOS: Settings > Privacy > Tracking).

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the service providers listed above or when required by law.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards such as encrypted connections (HTTPS). However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights

Under the PDPA you may request access to, correction, deletion, or restriction of your data, object to its processing, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The new effective date will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated policy.
